Service from the dealership costs twice as much, they replace items freely instead of what my Ford F350 actually needs.
I am a fan of Birch Tire and as soon as my wife's BMW warranty and free service is done, it will be at Birch too.

As a new customer of Birch Tire I was hoping to find a new service facility that I could trust. Birch Tire is just the place for me. After recently having brakes and tires installed, I left feeling that Birch Tire provided me with great service at fair prices. I have been using Birch Tires for over 20 years
for service and tires. The repairs prices are always better than the dealership and I believe they care about the work they do. I always recommend them to friends when ask for a good place to go for car
repairs.

Wow! The Honda dealer charges over twice as much for the same 60,000 service check.
My car was in and out with front brakes, calipers and ball joints replaced by 3pm and within the estimate. Very fair pricing on all.
That was my first visit, but I'll be back! -

Rich asked me to post my comment here about the great service we receive at Birch Tire.
Ever since the kids have been driving, my appreciation of Birch has grown. Even while I am at work, they can drive to Birch and I can trust the evaluation I'll receive.
We've used many local car repair companies, and cannot overstate the value of knowing you can trust an auto repair shop.
With Birch, we pay for the right work to be done right. Their warranty has been appropriately applied a few times in the past which is part of why I trust Birch. All the car repair shops have issues now and then, how they respond when it really is their fault. For example, a new rotor developed a wobble recently- Birch's response: no labor fees charged, they swapped it to a new rotor. I waited less than 40 minutes. Now I know Birch didn't make the rotor, but many repair shops will charge labor on the reinstall, blaming the part and manufacturer.
So I was really glad, once again, that Birch had done the original repair. If you haven't yet found that right fit of a local mechanic, give Birch a try. -

Just a quick thanks for noting the wheel fitment problem on the wheels I ordered online. I was ready to bolt them up and that would have been trouble.
